Dear Faculty,
Thanks to your dedication, 100% of you submitted unsatisfactory grades (u-grades) last semester. Each and every one of you
were instrumental in setting in motion the steps we take to help students who are struggling or at risk of falling behind. Your
actions made it happen.
Let’s do it again.
U-grades are due MARCH 4. This is your opportunity to review your students’ progress and provide U-grades for those
whose work is below C level or consistently late, or who are not participating in required discussions or not attending class
regularly. Early intervention is key in determining whether these students will be successful at TCU. To learn more about the

You work hard to teach, so we want to do all we can to keep our students on track and learning in your classrooms.
