FSC Workshops for Faculty

We provide specialized training will help you embed “Finding Ourselves in Community” into existing courses across all disciplines. Your participation is acknowledged with a $2,000 stipend.

 

We now are accepting applications for Spring 2025 workshops. Fall 2025 applications open March 1, 2025 .

As a result of our survey of TCU faculty, we will offer two parallel cohort sessions in Spring 2025: One on Friday mornings an one on Monday Afternoons. You may choose which cohort best fits your schedule. Each cohort requires a minimum of 12 participants and can accommodate a maximum of 20.

  • Highlighting on-campus resources for students and faculty to support further professional development in DEI and how to better support our diverse student body
  • Provide a toolbox for inclusive pedagogy practices to enhance community and belonging in the classroom
