Faculty Annual Reports

Deadline for Faculty Annual Reports is January 15, 2026, 11:59 p.m.

Regular, full-time faculty members are required to submit annual reports, which are used to formulate recommendations for merit-based salary adjustments. All Faculty Annual Reports must be submitted through Watermark Faculty Success. All full-time faculty have access to Watermark Faculty Success using Single Sign-On (SSO).Your previous information from Faculty 180 was transferred into Faculty Success, with the exception of any attachments.

How to Submit Your Annual Report via Faculty Success

  • Click the Faculty Success Login button above (after No. 20) to access Watermark Faculty Success.
  • Review your profile to ensure that your data was properly imported from Faculty180. Make any corrections as necessary, including adding attachments. Previous attachments submitted via Faculty180 are still available to you through Faculty180 until May 2026. For new faculty or those with no imported data, use the CV Import feature located on the Navigation Bar to import information from your CV, which must be in one of the following file formats: .doc, docx, .odt, or .rtf.
  • Make any corrections to the imported data.
  • Add previous attachments from Faculty 180 or add new attachments.
  • Add your current accomplishments for the reporting year.
