TCU Board of Trustees Grants Tenure, Faculty Promotions

Each year, the Texas Christian University Board of Trustees votes on tenure, promotions and emeritus status to outstanding faculty members. During this year’s spring meeting, and per the process outlined in the Handbook for Faculty and Staff, the Board approved tenure and promotion for 50 faculty members and 17 emeritus candidates.

“It is my privilege to recognize and work alongside this esteemed group and I am grateful for their commitment to TCU, our mission and our students,” Teresa Abi-Nader Dahlberg, provost and vice chancellor for Academic Affairs, said. “I congratulate these faculty members and express my deepest gratitude for their dedication to making TCU an inspiring, high-performing, values-centered leader in higher education.”
