The Horned Frog family said a fond farewell to Provost R. Nowell Donovan with a special retirement celebration in May 2019. Dr. Donovan served as TCU Provost for 15 years. The celebration featured a world-renowned bagpiper and traditional Celtic music in a nod to Dr. Donovan’s Scottish heritage. Dr. Donovan symbolically passed “the torch of knowledge” to Dr. Teresa Abi-Nader Dahlberg, the university’s new provost.
