TCU is replacing Faculty180 with Faculty Success, a software program by Watermark that encompasses Faculty Accomplishments, Course Evaluations, Web Profiles and Faculty Career Pathways. For faculty, this move will give you back your valuable time. You’ll spend less time on paperwork and data entry, so you can focus on teaching, research and service. For administrators, Faculty Success will make your day-to-day work easier by replacing manual tasks with a more intuitive and reliable system.
Beginning July 1, 2025, existing information from Faculty180 is being pulled automatically into the new software system. Please do not enter any new information into Faculty180 from this point forward, as it may not be migrated or result in duplications. You will have access to Faculty180 until May 2026 to retrieve existing information. You can access Faculty180 by logging in to your my.tcu.edu account and clicking on ”Helpful Links.”

Keep your CV updated with just a few clicks.
See Your Career Path Clearly
Gain insight and clarity into your career progression and the timeline for key milestones.
What’s in it for Administrators
End the Paper Chase
Stop asking faculty for their CVs for every request. All the data you need for annual reports and other processes is in one place.
Find Answers and Run Reports Quickly
Easily answer questions like, “How many associate professors presented at national conferences last year?” Generate reports on faculty data without needing technical help.
Manage Data with Confidence
Use the proxy feature to enter or edit data on behalf of a faculty member. A clear data audit trail shows exactly who made changes and when, so there is no confusion.
This transition was vetted with Deans, Provost Council, Academic Chairs and Directors Council, and Faculty Senate in Spring 2025.
