Incubator Lab Guidelines

The Incubator Lab is an interdisciplinary space for the collaboration and generation of ideas and projects. This room may be used for events or meetings that require a space to foster new ideas or planning. To facilitate this work, beyond the standard technological features found in Rees-Jones, there are also writeable walls surrounding the space. Reservations can be made for single-day or multi-day use, such as a three-day event, (allowing users to leave their work up overnight) and for this reason reoccurring events such as classes or department meetings cannot be scheduled in the Incubator Lab.

The Incubator Lab seats 28 people and can be reserved by faculty and staff.

Food and drink are allowed in the Incubator Lab; however, it is recommended that food and drink or catering displays be set up outside of the Incubator Lab on the North wall.

No chairs or additional furniture are allowed in or out of the Incubator Lab unless needed for accessibility purposes.

Please leave the room in the same condition you found it.

They will brief you on the use of the technology before your event. If you have already been briefed, you will not need this service.

Please submit all reservation requests a minimum of two weeks prior to your event.
