The Atrium of Rees-Jones Hall may also be reserved for events ranging from an informal gathering space between proceedings in other reserved rooms to a sit-down formal dinner seating about 80 people.
Food and drink are allowed in the Atrium; however, it is recommended that the location for food and drink arrangement be discussed with the confirmation of the reservation to ensure it does not interfere with academic activities or other reservations.
The Atrium seats about 80 people and can be reserved by faculty and staff.
Groups are welcome to bring their own table(s) and/or chair(s) for their event. Existing furniture in the Rees Jones Atrium can only be moved by TCU Conference Services and may be requested using the Special Events Application. If your group requires tables, chairs or other equipment to be provided on site, please contact TCU Conference Services. Fees may apply. All specific setup details should be discussed with the building coordinator prior to the event.
Please leave the Atrium in the same condition you found it.
