Faculty Handbook – Academic Processions and Regalia

All faculty and those staff with advanced degrees and employed on at least a three-quarter time basis are expected to participate in academic processions held in conjunction with convocations, commencements, and other formal ceremonies.

Reimbursement for one-half of the rental fee for academic regalia for commencements may be obtained through the Office of the Provost/Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
