STEM Scholars

TCU’s STEM Scholars program supports high-performing students who show a commitment to using your STEM education to support your community. Students chosen for the program are awarded full four-year scholarships and provided with leadership and team-building activities. These impressive students enhance the strength and vitality of the TCU community through your academic achievements, community involvement and commitment to the greater good.

Are you eligible to be a TCU STEM Scholar? Check the guidelines below.

  • Applicants must be current high school students in these Texas Counties: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Rockwall, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Tarrant, Somervell and Wise.
  • You must have a personal commitment to using your STEM education to support your community.
  • You can choose to pursue any STEM major while at TCU. Click here for a list of STEM Majors at TCU
  • You must be available to attend a residential four-week summer enrichment program in July.
  • Complete the application (button below) with three short-answer essays and a one-minute video.
