2026 faculty annual reports will be completed and submitted in Watermark Faculty Success
When are annual reports due?
We have extended the deadline to January 21, 2026.
How do I access Faculty Success?
There are three ways to access Faculty Success:
- Direct URL: login.watermarkinsights.com/connect/texaschristianuniversity
- my.tcu.edu – Select the “Helpful Links” tile
- Okta SSO – Select “My Apps” on your dashboard to locate the Watermark tile
Was my information transferred from Faculty180?
All information from Faculty 180 was automatically transferred to Faculty Success with the exception of any attachments you may have had.
- Review that all imported information is correct.
- Enter new information for the current calendar year.
- Access your previous attachments in Faculty180 through May 2026. Go to my.tcu.edu and click on Faculty180 in “Helpful Links” through May 2026.
Why are my Fall 2025 courses not showing in “Scheduled Teaching”?
Courses for 2025 Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall are loaded. You do not have to wait for the courses to be loaded to submit your annual report.
My name/rank/department is incorrect in the system and I’m unable to make changes.
Provide the correct information to Tina Peck, Manager of Faculty Affairs, at ALBERTINA.PECK@tcu.edu so she can make the update.

Tina Peck at ALBERTINA.PECK@tcu.edu can answer specific questions or provide options on where your information can be placed, but your leadership should direct where they would like to view your activities.
Do you have a video from the November 20th launch or additional resources?
Yes. the video and several guides are located at Office of the Provost | Faculty Annual Reports.
Did my attachments from Faculty180 import into Faculty Success?
No, documents uploaded in Faculty180 did not import into Faculty Success. You can access your attachments in Faculty180 from my.tcu.edu in “Helpful Links.” Faculty180 will only be available through May 2026. The maximum size for attachments is 100MB per file.
How do I import my CV?

- Click here to access the guide for CV imports.
- Only .doc, docx, .odt, and .rtf files are accepted.
- Use the “Find and Replace” function in Word to remove special characters before importing.
