Ashley Palmer, assistant professor of social work in the Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences, was honored among exceptional untenured, full-time faculty members, including non-tenure-track faculty, who have been at TCU five years or less.
Dr. Palmer is known for her engaging teaching style and the space she provides for critical discussions. Students cherished their learning experience in her classes.
2024 nominees were: Britney Gilmore, Assistant Professor of Communication Studies in the Bob Schieffer College of Communication, Maia Kelton, Instructor II of Accounting in the Neeley School of Business; Pablo Montes, Assistant Professor of Curriculum Studies in the College of Education; Tamara Rice, Instructor of Interior Design in the College of Fine Arts; Luis Romero, Assistant Professor of Comparative Race & Ethnic Studies, in the AddRan College of Liberal Arts; and Derek Tomlin, Instructor I of Mathematics in the College of Science & Engineering.
