Proposal to allow Associate Deans of each college to have voting rights on Undergrad Council

Requested Addendum to Motion from UG Council to University Council – It is proposed that, effective Fall 2025, the ex officio members of the undergraduate council are the Associate Deans from each college charged with oversight of undergraduate programs + the Registrar.

CourseDog voting proposal – It is proposed that beginning in Fall 2025, the University Council’s vote via Qualtrics will be entered into CourseDog by the Registrar after the Qualtrics voting is complete.
